Big football returns to Transcarpathia

This weekend, February 1-2, the first big football tournament under the auspices of the Transcarpathian Football Federation, the winter championship of the region 2020, begins in Transcarpathia. 
This year’s tournament will be attended by 18 teams, which are divided into 4 groups by geographical principle. The nine teams that are in Group A and Group B will play in the stadium in Serednye. The rest (Group C and Group D) will play in Vynogradiv and Khust. Among the well-known participants, who usually participate in the winter championship, there are newcomers – "Munkach" U-17 (Mukachevo), FC "Striver" (Uzhgorod), FC "Dibrova" (N. Apsha), FC "Zirka" (Lintsi ) and FC "Lokomotiv-Chop".
This competition is considered as preparation for the main events – the championship and the Cup of Transcarpathia, as well as the championship in the children’s and youth football league of Ukraine.
