According to the Transcarpathian Center for Hydrometeorology, during December 3-4, 2019, ice cover is expected on the roads of Transcarpathian region and the city of Uzhgorod. At night and in the morning, in the most part of the territory of the region, there will be fogs with visibility of 200-500 m (I, yellow level of danger).
