Benefactors of the Rotary Club “Uzhgorod-Rock” held an auction for the Centre “Way of Life” (PHOTOS)

 During the traditional spring event "Sakura Fest", members of the Rotary Club "Uzhgorod-Rock" for the fifth time personally planted sakura trees – this time in the Transcarpathian Regional Hospital.

Now, the yard of the medical institution will be decorated with 12 young trees. 

This year, members of the Rotary Club from Lviv and benefactors from Poprad in Slovakia participated in the campaign. 

In the evening, in the restaurant of the "Uzhgorod" hotel, the Rotarians held a charity auction, where handmade products of the children from the "Way of Life" Center were exhibited, and the biggest lot was a painting of the famous Transcarpathian artist Naum Repkin. The auction was conducted by a member of the Rotary Club "Uzhgorod-Rock" Igor Fartushok. 

In addition, they organized a concert with the participation of the children from the "Way of Life" Victor Bazko and Uliana Kastran, who amused the audience with singing and playing guitar and block flute.  Honored Artists of Ukraine Oleksandr Sadvari and Oleksandr Ukhach, as well as a young singer Katerina Lintur also took part in the concert program.
