Because of the State Enforcement Service, the state lost 2 million hryvnias, – prosecutors claim

In Transcarpathia, employees of the State Enforcement Service are charged with failure to enforce judgment, which caused the state damage amounting to more than 2 million hryvnias.

 The Prosecutor of Transcarpathian region began preliminary inquiry under Part 3 of Art. 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (failure to enforce judgment) against employees of the State Enforcement Service Office of the Department of Justice in Transcarpathian region.

This was preceded by an inspection at the Office of the SES in Transcarpathian region and its territorial divisions on enforcement of the court judgements in cases of customs regulations violations and other issues.

It was established that employees of the State Enforcement Service and its territorial divisions, by non-enforcement of court judgement, caused substantial damage to the public interest for more than 2 million hryvnias.
