Because of the forecasted warming, ice on rivers and ponds becomes unsafe

Today, officers of the municipal inspection department, representatives of emergency services and the police were warning Uzhgorod residents and visitors about it.

In conversations with passers-by, they emphasized that due to expected warming, an unstable ice cover is being formed on water bodies, and its thickness is not enough to hold a person. Adults were asked to talk with their children, to explain, to warn that walking on ice for the next few days is going to be very dangerous.
