A Ukrainian has moved across the customs border of Ukraine a truck "DAIMLERCHRYSLER AG MB 616 CDI / 60 B" released in 2006 concealed from customs control. As the grounds for moving the vehicle, the citizen submitted to customs authorities a forged document – certificate of ownership. These actions have signs of violation under Part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.

The copy of the certificate of ownership submitted to the customs authorities was different than the original. Also, the CMR consignment submitted for customs control and clearance had no markings of Hungarian customs authorities, which may indicate counterfeiting.
