The Vodokanal of Uzhgorod reports that due to technical troubles related to the hacker attack, which took place on June 27 this year, some banks were unable to provide timely information on payments for services.
Because of that, there may be incorrect data regarding payments for the previous period in bills for June that consumers will receive soon. It concerns, primarily, Uzhgorod resdients that paid for the services at Oshchadbank, but a similar situation could have occurred at some other banks too.
If you find inaccuracies in the received bill, please come to the consumer department of the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" with a receipt for payment for the previous billing period and actual meter readings.
