Battle for Narodna Square, a brief summary: a bailiff, a clash with the police, the machines are working

Another round of the "Battle for Narodna Square," which began with people stopping the work of the construction equipment, ended with the arrival of bailiffs and with the help of the police.

They started to work despite the weekend and did not want to show the documents at first. However, they urgently finished the papers and declared the court order – five activists, who participated in the previous confrontation, and "other third parties" were banned from the square.

But activists decided to once again prevent the destruction of the square, which they consider to be illegal formally and unacceptable from the point of view of common sense. After clashes with policemen, three participants of the event were taken to the police station, other people were driven out of the perimeter, and earthworks continued.

Also, today they installed an advertising board on the square. The area, where works are being performed, contrary to the law, is still not fenced. Actually, there are a lot of violations – they are preparing comments of lawyers and lawsuits. Why the court decided to prohibit interference with the work, rather than to stop them until a relevant decision was not explained.
