Baloha will not recognize the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine to cancel his parliamentary powers

People’s Deputy of Ukraine Pavlo Baloha elected to the Parliament from the United Center in the single-member constituency number 71 in Transcarpathia, does not recognize the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court to deprive him of the deputy status and hold reelection.

According to the politician, he completely ignores the verdict as blatantly illegal that was obviously made on a political order.

P.Baloha confirmed that leading foreign ambassadors accredited in Kiev and international organizations have been informed of this unconstitutional and illegal decision. The politician said he hoped that Western countries and international institutions would adequately assess the decision, and it may be one of the issues to be discussed during the EU-Ukraine summit scheduled for late February.

P.Baloha said he was not going to stop his parliamentary work and give up his deputy mandate.

He said that he would continue to perform his parliamentary powers and take part in plenary sessions of the Parliament.
