Baloha – to Shnitser: My answer is the request to the prosecutor to open a criminal case and investigate your conversations with the heads of medical institutions that are not in the Party of Regions

 At the session of the Regional Council today, while voting for the budget amendments, whereby free residues from the previous year are distributed, there was a scandal. In the course of the discussion about the unfair distribution of resources by the present executive authorities of the region that divide people according to their affiliation to political parties, the head of the Health Care Department Roman Shnitser suggested that the doctors – members of Regional Council Ivan Kurakh, Yelyzaveta Birov, Volodymyr Smolanka and others, who are not members of the ruling party, should tell about unfair distribution to institutions they head.

The Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha said to Shnitser: My answer is the request to the prosecutor to open a criminal case and investigate your conversations with the heads of medical institutions, and to publish the printouts.
