Baloha has registered the “student” bill

The politician announced that on his profile on Facebook

I have registered in the Verkhovna Rada the bill to abolish the rule that requires students to work 3 years in government institutions after graduation.
Firstly. Such an approach is contrary to the Constitution and international laws and regulations that prohibit forced labor. And with this norm we have lived for many years.
Secondly – this is the vestige of Soviet era. There is no planned economy anymore and the market itself regulates the employment.
And thirdly, this rule does not work. Those whose children are students, or who have recently graduated from university, know that graduates are demanded a "certificate of employment" without which they can not receive diplomas.
So, it is self-deception, which does not benefit either the state or students. And it is high time to get rid of these remnants of the Soviet system.
