Victor Baloha today commented on the fact that the President of Russia Putin awarded several Ukrainian politicians for preservation and promotion of the Russian language.
"Putin awarded Kivalov, Kolyesnichenko and some other "characters" with medals of Pushkin. The president of Russia should not have underestimated the merits of these patriots, but instead immediately give them the Hero of Russia titles and issue passports.So that they could insult Ukraine even more" – Victor Baloha sarcastically remarked on his Facebook page.
