Backgammon players are competing on Petofi Square in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

On September 14-15, the first official Backgammon Championship of Ukraine is taking place in the center of Uzhgorod, on Sandor Petofi Square.

The Chief Judge of the Backgammon Championship is the President of the All-Ukrainian Backgammon Federation Arsen Melkumyan

The competition is taking place as part of the celebration of the Day of Uzhgorod.

More than fifty players are taking part in the backgammon championship. As we informed, the winner will receive UAH 25 thousand, the second place – UAH 15 thousand, and the third place – UAH 10 thousand.
