The Investigative Division of the Office of Security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region is looking for a citizen of Ukraine Volodymyr Kopcha, born in 1971, for committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 28 and Part 2 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – the formation of an organized group, managing the preparation to and carrying out of illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine by its participants, as well as direct participation in the commission of a crime by such group.
