Attention! Type sheets of customs declarations and clearance of humanitarian aid have been updated

In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of Part VI of Article 259 of the Customs Code of Ukraine on the submission of preliminary customs declaration at import of excisable goods into Ukraine, type codes of customs declarations "IM42EE" and "IM72EE" have been introduced.

The sheets with an exclusive list of possible combinations of customs regime codes and letter codes of types of customs declarations according to the direction of movement have been udated. The update entered into force on June 11, 2015.

Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2000 №544 "On procedure of customs clearance of humanitarian aid", preliminary customs declaration for goods imported to Ukraine as humanitarian aid (alphabetic codes "AA" and "AB" in column 37) shall not be submitted.
