Starting from June 1, 2019, due to the reconstruction of the lanes for passenger vehicles, vehicle processing at the checkpoint "Vysne Nemecke" will be restricted in both directions. The estimated time for completion of the reconstruction work is the end of October 2019.
To carry out preparatory works, since May 23, 2019, buses have been processed at the freight vehicle lanes of the checkpoint "Vysne Nemecke". The Slovak party notifies that, during the reconstruction works, waiting time at the customs post "Uzhgorod – Vysne Nemecke" may increase.
To avoid queues, please take this information into account and, if possible, plan the crossing of the customs border at other checkpoints of the Transcarpathian customs office or other customs offices.
