One of the largest banks of Ukraine will suspend all of its payment systems for 4 hours for technical modernization, which will increase the capacity of the bank’s systems.
Censor.net informed about the plans to suspend the operation of the ATM and terminal network with reference to the press service of "Privatbank".
According to the financial institution, all card transactions will be suspended from 24:00 to 04:00 on the night of January 12 to 13.
Also, the "Privatbank" informed that on January 13, the IT services will conduct the next stage of work for the modernization of its own processing center. Typically, technical work at the bank is planned for nighttime, when most customers do not do transactions.
– During the four-hour-long pause of the card transactions, the bank will also ensure the implementation of technical work to improve the quality of the bank network of ATMs, self-service terminals and POS terminal network, – the statement reads.
