Attention, drivers: the rules on the priority of cars driving on ring roads takes effect today

The second traffic rules approved in Ukraine in a law takes effect today. Now, vehicles driving on ring roads have priority at intersections.

The relevant amendments were made by the law "On Amendments to Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "On Road Traffic" (regarding priority of vehicles driving on ring roads)" №1993 dd. 04.04.2017, the "Zakon i Biznes."

However, lawyers point out legal conflict that arises in connection with the approval of the rule in the law: all other rules are approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet, and therefore have lower priority.

 Specifically, it concerns the priority of traffic light signals at roundabouts, because now it can be interpreted that you can just ignore them.
