On July 6, around 14.00, the patrol police received a report that on Bozhenko street in Uzhgorod, there was a person in inadequate state.

Policeman quickly arrived at the scene, where the applicant was waiting for them. The man said that his neighbor had threatened to murder him and his son. He described the offender and patrol policemen began to inspect the surrounding area in search of him. A few minutes later they noticed a man matching the description in a nearby park. It was a 69-year-old resident of Uzhgorod.

Subsequently, the applicant recognized the detainee. While talking with the police officers, the offender was behaving improperly, saying strange things. He could not explain his behavior or the reasons for threatening the neighbors.

Patrol policemen brought the man to the city police station. The investigators took over the matter, the press service of the regional police informs.
