At the session of the Regional Council they initiated the creation of the Ruthenian language department in the universities of Transcarpathia

Deputy of the Regional Council Yevhen Zhupan today, March 21, at the session meeting, made a proposal to appeal to the Education Minister Dmytro Tabachnik and to the heads of Transcarpathian universities to establish departments of Ruthenian language in higher education institutions of Transcarpathia.
