Valentin Shtefanyo presented his work at the High Confectionery Art Festival, which is taking place from April 17 to 20, 2018, – Fedir Shandor informed.
As you know, in Kyiv, at the Festival of Confectionery Art, the contestants make desserts that cost twenty euros in France. Two-meter-high wedding cakes that take a month to make, and tiny fruit jellies, which require at least eight hours.
At the festival, the best world and Ukrainian confectioners present their master classes.
