"The "transparency" of Uzhgorod City Council – they decided not to allow citizens in the hall, and to drive journalists to the balcony – journalist Yaroslav Hulan, who has just returned from the regular session of the City Council, writes. He laments: "That’s where the Mayor and his Deputy Yuri Belyakov offer people and the press to sit. Also Victor Pogorelov invented some accreditation for journalists. This is already the second time."
Also Yaroslav Hulan said that he would prepare a request for information about the legality of such actions.
