At the briefing, the President spoke about large-scale construction in the region: 5 kindergartens, 5 schools, 7 sports complexes, 370 km of roads in the region, construction of border infrastructure, opening of 2 more checkpoints.
Earlier, the head of state visited the Hill of Glory memorial complex with the graves of soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of Ukraine from the Nazi occupiers in World War II. Volodymyr Zelensky laid flowers to the Eternal Flame and honored the memory of the fallen soldiers.
