Border guards of the department "Tisa" of the Chop detachment detained and drew up a report of administrative offense against a passenger of a car who was insulting and threatening the border guards.
Thus, about 14.00, a car "Renault" arrived at the checkpoint to enter Ukraine. One of the passengers of the car was our 34-year-old compatriot. However, during the passport control, the man left the vehicle without permission and started swearing and insulting law enforcement officers. Despite the warning, the driver was behaving inadequately and threatening border guards with physical violence. As a result, border guards called a response group of the Border Guard Service Department and reported the incident to officers of the National Police Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
For willful disobedience to lawful order, request of a serviceman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, border guards drew up a report of administrative offense under Article 185-10 of the CAO.
