At the “Avangard” stadium 4 sections of brick wall were destroyed

On the night between 13 and 14 of January, vandals destroyed four sections of the fence of the Stadium "Avangard" on Ivan Franko street.
"I do not know, perhaps our fans are so angry that "Hoverla" is at the bottom, that instead of supporting the team they decided to destroy stadium property," – the vice-president of the club Oleksandr Shufrych commented on the incident.
Acoording to the director of the Stadium "Avangard" Anatoly Salai, a committee has been formed composed of representatives of stadium security service, the police and representatives of the stadium management. "We wrote a statement to the police, estimated the amount of damages. Now the police are searching for the offenders," – A. Salai said.
According to the director of the stadium, most likely, it was commited by the visitors of the "Maksimus" club, which is located opposite the stadium.  
Meanwhile, the general director of the club Ivan Shits during a meeting with reporters said that the second stage of reconstruction of the "Avangard" is to be commenced. In particular, a roof will be installed over the stands that will protect fans from rain and sunlight.
