At night of 1 to 2 of December, there was an explosion in Uzhgorod.
According to the National Police office in Transcarpathian region, at 02.47 they received a report on the explosion on Ivan Franko street at the wall of a store.
The explosion damaged the wall of the building, broke windows and damaged a metal fence. It is preliminarily established that the cause could have been an explosive device.
Now, the criminal proceeding under Article 194, Part 2 (Deliberate destruction or damage of property committed by arson, explosion or other dangerous method) has been initiated.
Investigators are considering multiple versions – the motive of the action could be either personal hostile relations, debts, or hooliganism.
