At night on Krasnodontsi street, a bus turned over into a ditch

On the night of October 7, while patrolling on Krasnodontsi street, Uzhgorod policemen saw a vehicle RUTA (shuttle bus), which was in a ditch.

The vehicle was lying on its side. A report on the accident, as well as under Part 4 of Art.130 of the CAO of Ukraine (consumption of alcohol by the driver of a vehicle after the accident involving him or her, or before the medical examination to determine the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxication or adoption of a decision on exemption from such examination) was drawn up against the driver.

The sentence will be imposed by court.
