At night, in Uzhgorod, the office of “KMKSZ Party of Hungarians of Ukraine” was set on fire (PHOTOS)

Employees of the Uzhgorod Police Department and the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region are establishing all the circumstances of the fire on Pravoslavna embankment in Uzhgorod.

Today, February 27, at 3 am, the police received a report from employees of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region. The rescuers reported about a fire in an office space on Pravoslavna embankment in Uzhgorod.

Officers of the Uzhgorod Police Department and the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region arrived at the scene. Law enforcers are establishing all the circumstances of the fire. A criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 194 of the CCU, ie deliberate destruction of or damage to property committed by means of fire, explosion or other generally dangerous method, or causing property damage in particularly large amount. This offense is punishable by imprisonment for three to fifteen years. Nobody was hurt, as a result of the fire. The amount of damages is being established. Further details of the investigation will be disclosed later.
