September 14, at 1:57, the rescue service received a report of a road accident that had occurred in the city of Beregovo on Pushkin Street involving a car "Volkswagen Passat B6."
According to preliminary reports, a 19-year-old driver, resident of the village of V. Byihan in Beregovo district lost control of the vehicle and collided with a tree. As a result of the accident, the driver and a 20-year-old passenger, a resident of the village of Koson in Beregovo district died on the spot from their injuries.
A crew of the 12th State Fire and Rescue Unit was sent at the scene to remove the dead bodies out of the mutilated car.
Dear drivers! Be careful on the road, adhere to the set speed limits, keep a safe distance when driving vehicles, stop before pedestrian crossings.
Remember that it is forbidden to drive vehicles while being intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Do not drive when you are tired or sick, take medicine that reduces the speed of reaction and attention.
