“Ark over the Uzh” by Serhiy Fedaka will be presented in Uzhgorod

On September 12, at 5:00 pm, in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library, there will be the presentation of a new book by Doctor of Historical Sciences, writer Serhiy Fedaka "Ark over the Uzh. The History of Uzhgorod in Anecdotes and Apocrypha." The publication is devoted to the 1125th anniversary of the city.

The collection contains over 100 humorous and mysterious stories that cover all periods of Uzhgorod history – pre-historic times, medieval age, new and newest times. Most stories are from the Soviet and post-Soviet periods. The characters of the stories are ordinary and famous residents of Uzhgorod, representatives of the animal and plant world, local demonology. Some of the stories are autobiographical.
