Are they showing example of littering? (PHOTOS)

For more than a week on Nezalezhnist embankment, people have been forced over two large piles 
of garbage. Every day passers-by throw some more stuff to cut-off and dry branches. They probably 
think that the pile of dry branches is a dump, so they do not look for others and throw garbage in this 
one. 

Probably, they should not show the city residents the example of disorder, and clean up after 
themselves in time. Otherwise, they should not wonder why the regional center of Transcarpathia is 
so messy. 

However, they have started to fight littering. Recall that yesterday, on Svoboda Avenue, they have 
set up trash bins which had long been needed. And they have begun eliminating illegal landfills. 
We hope that these piles of garbage (on the embankment) will also be removed soon by the people 
responsible for it.
