Summer is a real binge for ‘thieves’ – a lot of apartments remain empty for a long time since the owners go on vacation.
‘Steel doors will not stop criminals, – pointed out a head of the State Security Service Vasyl Antalovskyi, and stresses that among thieves are those who have already been sentenced for the similar crimes and who improved their skills in prisons’.
