"As a deputy of the regional council, under parliamentary powers I already have the opportunity to work for Transcarpathians. At the same time, not all of the young activists, who for several months have been freezing at rallies in Transcarpathia and Kyiv to realize their potential in developing new Ukraine, have become members of the governing bodies of the People’s Council. Therefore, in my opinion, for us, deputies, it would be simply wrong to occupy their seats in the People’s Council. Glory to Ukraine!" – this is how Transcarpathian Regional Council deputy Anton Zelinsky commented on his decision to withdraw from the Transcarpathian People’s Council.
