Another storm warning in Transcarpathia

Meteorological Storm Warning:  
At night and in the morning of April 27, mostly in the mountainous part of Transcarpathian region on the soil surface and in the air, and on April 28, in the mountains on the soil surface and in some places in the air, 0-3° frosts are expected. (II, orange danger level)
