Today the "Ukrainian Students’ Union" in cooperation with the NGO "European Uzhgorod" continued improving the Castle stairs within the campaign "Let’s change Uzhgorod together", social networks inform.
"Today, we have installed near the highest and longest painted stairs in Ukraine authentic benches for lovers who can now contemplate the wonderful views of the city from the Castle Stairs. Also we mowed the grass, planted greenery on the surrounding territory and once again removed the garbage. Let’s continue making our city a better place!" – the post reads.
Recall that last week’s initiative for painting of the Castle Stairs in rainbow colors provoked a lively discussion in the community.
