Another medical contraband: more than 10,000 protective medical masks were found at the border (PHOTOS)

Last night, a batch of protective medical masks was found at the border with Poland. 
The goods were being transported by a Ukrainian citizen in a car Volkswagen. The Ukrainian was traveling to the neighboring country through the checkpoint "Ustyluh".
During the border control activities, taking into account the risk analysis, border guards took the car for additional inspection. As a result of the inspection, two specially made caches were found in the double floor of the luggage compartment. They contained disposable medical masks totaling 10,653 pieces.
The found goods and the car were seized according to the established procedure. The total value of the confiscated items amounted to almost UAH 356 thousand .
Recall that in Transcarpathia border guards of the Mukachevo detachment found more than 3.5 thousand masks near the border with Romania. Someone intended to smuggle them across the "green" border.
