Today, about half past 2 in the morning, near Horlivka, a 21-year-old soldier of the 1st Infantry Battalion of the Transcarpathian Mountain Infantry Brigade Serhiy Hladkyi was killed by a sniper.
"Serhiy Hladkyi, born in 1995, defending the outskirts of Toretsk, was shot dead by a sniper. The bullet hit the eye", – volunteer Vlasta Negrya reported to the 0312.ua.
The Deputy Regional Military Commissioner of Transcarpathia, Colonel Mykola Zhuravlev confirmed this information.
Serhiy Hladkyi is from Straybychovo of Mukachevo district. He would turn 22 years old.
