On the facade of the old secessionist house at Koryatovich square, 32, they not only replaced the woodwork with plastic, but also made a doorway in the place of one of the windows.
The photo of that was posted by one of the members of the "Uzhgorod" group in facebook.
Everything that was done to the house is directly forbidden by rules. Such works violate the rules of beautification, rules of cultural heritage protection. And it is considered a reconstruction, which requires to have certain documents. Of course, there is nothing like that, and the façade was distorted without any remorse.
