On Friday, the Uzhgorod pool "Aqua Rio Park" ("Arizona"), near the Pidzamkovy Park, once again found itself in the epicenter of a scandal on the grounds of racism.
Then, a dark-skinned German boy was not allowed into the pool. This news then outraged Uzhgorod citizens.
However, it was not long until the next similar case. On July 12, a group of orphaned children accompanied by adults were not let into the pool, because the workers thought they were Roma.
Andreas d’Oroshuk reported this in Facebook. "How long will this go on and why the management of the institution is not brought to responsibility?" – the man wrote.
This unpleasant incident provoked an ambiguous reaction from the citizens. Some condemn the actions of the pool management, while others agree with them.
