Another bribe takers and corruptionists have been convicted

By the verdict of Uzhgorod city and district court, an inspector of the licensing system of Uzhgorod City Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region was convicted under Part 2 of Art.368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (bribery of a significant size). He received a bribe in the amount of 500 UAH and 500 USD from a businessman for rapid provision of the authorization for the purchase of a hunting rifle. 

By the verdict of the court he was sentenced to a fine of almost 13,000 UAH with disqualification to hold positions in law enforcement agencies for a period of 3 years.

Also, recently Mukachevo City and District Court, upheld the claim of the prosecutor, and found the director of the public vocational – technical school "Mukachevo professional agricultural college named after Dankanych" guilty on Part 2 of the Art.368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (bribery) He received from a citizen P. a bribe in the amount of 4,200 UAH tor issuing a permit to settle a team of builders in the dormitory of the said school.

By the verdict of the court he was sentenced to a fine of 17,000 UAH with disqualification to hold office associated with the implementation of organizational and administrative functions for a period of 1 year.
