Last night, a citizen of Ukraine following by a minibus "Volkswagen LT" to Slovakia through the checkpoint "Uzhgorod" tried to make some money by cigarette smuggling. However, during border and customs control, the behavior of the driver was confused, causing the border guards to be very suspicious. Thus, during an in-depth inspection of the vehicle, border guards together with customs officers found in the spare wheel, which was located in the rear part of the vehicle, filtered cigarettes of Ukrainian origin "Mallboro" (red, gold) in total amount of 200 packs.
The tobacco products and the spare wheel were seized according to the law. The total amount of the seized property was 4,800 UAH.
