Another accident occurred in Mukachevo

Mukachevo police officers are investigating the cause of a traffic accident that resulted in two drivers and a 15-year-old girl getting injured.   
Today, on August 14, at about 10:00, the police received a report about an accident with victims in the city of Mukachevo at the intersection of Rileyev and Biloruska streets.
At the scene, the police found out that the driver of a car VAZ 2103 had failed to make way to a Volkswagen Caddy, which was moving along the main lane. As a result of the collision both drivers – a 60-year-old resident of Mukachevo district who was driving the Zhiguli and a 37-year-old resident of Mukachevo who was driving the foreign car – got injured. A 15-year-old child, who was the passenger of the VAZ 2103, was also injured in the accident. The girl was taken to the regional children’s clinical hospital. 
A criminal proceeding over the accident was opened under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the traffic safety rules). Both vehicles were taken to the impound lot of the Mukachevo Police Department. The investigation continues.
