Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity "PADIYUN" remains the constant organizer of the contest Mini-Miss Uzhgorod "Magic Pearl."
The contestants’ entries were traditional "Self-presenting", "Grandmother’s Box" (entry in old clothes remade in a modern fashion), "Parodies" (the girls presented the musical numbers of famous artists: Vera Brezhneva, Yolka, Irina Alyehrova, but the biggest stir was caused by a parody of PSY – Gangnam style), "Defile", "Vanguard entry", "Entry in evening dresses."
The contestants were supported by their mothers, who all entered on the stage and danced a gypsy dance.
In addition, the concert program was supplemented with acts by pupils of PADIYUN, Dancing corporation of friends, Blitz, production center and others.
During the concert, all those present could vote for a girl that they liked the most, thus the Mini-Miss People’s Choice was chosen.
And then there was vote counting, summing points from the jury and the big moment – awarding of titles.
