Andriy Baloha remains a candidate. But the plaintiff intends to appeal

Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court rejected the claim, which was intended to deregistrate Andriy Baloha as the candidate for election to the Transcarpathian Regional Council. The judge found the plaintiffs’ evidence of Andriy Baloha’s membership in the "New Generation of Ukraine Party" insufficient.

So Andriy Baloha remains a candidate for deputy. But his opponents said they would appeal to the Lviv Court of Appeal. To do this, they have two days.

The trial, which was to decide whether to leave the registration of A.Baloha as a candidate in the election to the regional council unchanged, began this morning. The plaintiff appealed the registration on the basis of the allegedly false information about the party affiliation of the candidate.
