Yesterday, July 12, while patroling the streets, district police officers noticed a suspicious man.

The 25-year-old man was stopped to conduct an incspection. As a result, police officers found in the sports bag of the man a shotgun and ammunition of various calibers. The weapons and ammunition were seized and sent for examination. The origin will be established during the investigation.

The law enforcement officers began an investigation into the illicit use of weapons. Criminal proceeding has been opened under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, illicit use of weapons. The pre-trial investigation in the case continues.
