An illegal sidebar to the main pipeline of the Russian Federation was found in Uzhgorod district

The police received a report from the deputy chief of security of the line production department of main pipelines subsidiary.

The applicant said that during the inspection of the line, on the 367th km, in a forest of the village of Kamyanytsia in Uzhgorod district, employees of a security firm found an illegal sidebar to the pipeline, which belongs to a closed joint stock company of the Russian Federation.

In the ground, at a depth of 80 cm, a ball valve with a diameter of 80mm was mounted, and a rubber high pressure hose with a diameter of 40mm was attached to it. No oil leaks and threats to the environment was found. The investigation is ongoing.
