An entrepreneur occupied the premises of the “Viysktorhservis” illegally – the prosecutors

The prosecutor’s office launched criminal proceedings about the unauthorized occupation and use of the premises of the "Viysktorhservis" in area of ​​over 5 square meters by an entrepreneur

Mukachevo city prosecutor’s office launched criminal proceedings for unauthorized and illegal occupation of state-owned commercial premises (Art.356 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

In the course of verification of compliance with the law in the area of ​​state and municipal property use, it was found out that a private entrepremeur and other unidentified persons illegally, without proper title documents, were using the state property located in the city of Mukachevo in total area of ​​over 5,000 square meters, which is on the balance sheet of the Lviv branch of the "Viysktorhservis" concern.

The said property was transferred to the balance sheet of the Lviv branch of the "Viysktorhservis" concern in October 2014, but since October 2014, they have concluded no lease agreement for the said property and have not been in any contractual relations with the entities.

The pre-trial investigation in this proceeding will be conducted by the investigation department of Mukachevo city police, its progress is controlled by the city prosecutor’s office.
