An entrepreneur from Mukachevo district was illegally “exploiting” drivers

– In August, the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region reported that a private entrepreneur from Irshava district was found to illegally employ 186 drivers. However, as we can see, business entities do not learn from someone else’s mistakes, and this month we found another violation – an entrepreneur from Mukachevo district was found to have 7 unregistered employees. Therefore, the State Labor Office in Transcarpathian region imposed on the entrepreneur a fine in amount of more than UAH 781 thousand, – the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region reported.

In the course of the inspection using the SFS information databases regarding the crossing of the border by the vehicles belonging to the entrepreneur, it was found out that he employed seven individuals without the appropriate accrual of income and payment of taxes.

Following the inspection, the employees of the fiscal service drew up a report and sent the documents to the State Labor Office in Transcarpathian region to take appropriate measures within their competence.

Thus, following the review of these documents, the State Labor Office imposed on the entrepreneur, who provides international transportation services, a fine in amount of UAH 781 thousand.
