Transcarpathian Regional Election Commission has registered as a candidate for the election to the regional council in the constituency No. 51 (Uzhgorod district) a nominee of the "Batkivshchyna" Ivan Biben. He was given the appropriate certificate, after which he will be able to begin an election campaign.
Ivan Biben was born on May 2, 1965 in the village ofLazy, Tyachiv district. He has two degrees – Economist (UzhNU) and Master in public management (Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy under the President of Ukraine). He has worked in various positions at trade organizations in Kostroma (Russia), Budapest (Hungary), Uzhgorod. From 1999 to 2005, he was serving as the deputy and then the first deputy head of Uzhgorod District State Administration.
Since 2005, he worked as the head of the organization and cooperation with local authorities department, the deputy manager of the regional council executive office.
Since April 2010 – the manager of the V convocation regional council executive office.
Now he works as the deputy manager of the executive office of the regional council. Total experience – 33 years, including more than 15 years in the public service.
Awarded with the Certificate of Appreciation from the President of Ukraine, Uzhgorod DSA diploma, badge of the Regional Council "For the region’s development," badge "Civil Service of Ukraine "For hard work", I degree order of Reverend Illya Muromets of UOC, III degree order "Shroud" of Zaporizhzhya Cossacks.
