The car accident happened today at about 5 am in the village of Lazeshchyna.
Policemen who arrived at the scene found out that a 24-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Golf, driving on the Mukachevo-Rohatyn highway, in the village of Lazeshchyna lost control and as a result drove off the road into a ditch and collided with a tree. Two young men, the 24-year-old driver and a 23-year-old passenger, died on the spot, two more passengers were hospitalized. The police launched an investigation into violation of traffic rules, which resulted in the death of several people, under Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. After a series of scheduled examinations, all the circumstances of the incident will be established.
